What's covered
Every GreaseKiller™ order is covered for 90 days from the delivery date. If the spray doesn't remove the baked-on grease you bought it for, we will refund your order in full or send a replacement bundle — your choice.
How to claim
- Email support@greasekillerspray.com with your order number.
- Tell us what you cleaned and what happened — one or two sentences is plenty.
- We reply within 24 hours on business days and process refunds the same day we approve them.
- Refunds return to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
The small print, in plain English
- No photos, no restocking fee and no need to return used bottles.
- You do not have to prove you used it a specific number of times.
- One guarantee claim per customer, to keep this offer sustainable.
- Damaged or lost parcels are replaced free and are not counted as a guarantee claim.
