What we collect

• Order details: name, email, shipping address and what you bought.
• Payment status and a payment reference from Stripe — never your card number.
• Support correspondence you send us.
• Basic, aggregated technical data such as pages viewed, used to improve the site.

Why we collect it

To take payment, ship your order, send tracking, honour the guarantee, answer support requests and meet our accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who processes your data

• Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified).
• Our fulfilment and shipping carriers — to deliver your parcel.
• Our hosting and database provider — to store order records securely.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically seven years). Support emails are kept for two years. You can ask us to delete anything not legally required sooner.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to run checkout securely, including those set by Stripe for fraud prevention. We do not use advertising cookies without your consent.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, UK GDPR and similar laws you can request a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, or object to processing. Email support@greasekillerspray.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS with 256-bit encryption. Order data is stored in an access- controlled database, and payment credentials never touch our servers.
