Return window
You can request a refund or replacement within 90 days of delivery, whether the bottles are unopened or you've used them and weren't satisfied with the results.
How to start a return
- Email support@greasekillerspray.com with your order number and the reason.
- We reply within 24 hours on business days with next steps.
- Unopened bundles: we may ask you to return them to our fulfilment address.
- Used bottles under the results guarantee: no return shipment required.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued the same business day to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually posts the credit within 5–10 business days.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
If your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong bundle, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost. You keep the original.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. We ship fast, so contact us as soon as possible — once a parcel is in transit the return process above applies.
Exceptions
- Requests made more than 90 days after delivery.
- Repeated guarantee claims from the same customer or address.
- Orders placed through unauthorised resellers rather than this store.
